Sky Max Hub not arrived yet

Sky broadband ordered on 11th May. Installation date is 26th May however I have not received the Sky Max Hub.

My SKy app is showing as not dispatached yet, so I'm obviously concerned that engineer will tunr up on the 26th May and I will not have the Hub.

Your post has been temporarily removed as you've posted your home address details on a public forum. It should return after moderation.

 

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a 'few days' prior to the activation date.

 

Once it has been dispatched you should be able to track through Royal Mail. The postman/woman will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You shouldn't need to sign for it.

 

They should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.
