New Hub arrived today. I was under the impression that it came with pods to boost the WiFi signal. How would I go about obtaining these as none arrived with the hub itself.

No pods are shipped with the Hub. One is claimable following a telephone diagnosis under the terms of the Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee, with up to two more potentially installed during a wireless engineer visit.
Typically Sky will insist the Hub is in use for 14 days before the Guarantee is claimed.

Do you know how I would contact sky to get one of these pods? The speed in one of our rooms is around 5 - 9 mbs.
