Same in B17. Needs sorting ASAP as Christmas day needs Internet!
MySky shows I have no broadband account at all which makes tracking service status etc impossible

My Sky Internet is down as well, what a Christmas present! Have performed a reset, both the ONT and the modern, still nothing... The MySky app can't perform a test so no luck there, and the online checker says they're isn't an issue in my area... Rubbish!

Same here in b17 internet went down around 5am been up since then trying to fix the connection . I turned it off restarted everything but still isn't working the internet is showing orange the whole time 🤦🏻♀️
