Sky Hub

My Sky broadband was activated on the 17th February as per my new contract. Unfortunately Sky has failed the dispatch a hub to facilitate a connection. I have now spoken to them twice about this issue but still no communication on the matter is coming from them. Not a good start for this service.

Having checked my orders there is no despatch date given for a hub.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

After chatting to a Sky agent online I was advised to contact the order recovery team. I phoned Sky but the advisors cannot transfer to the order recovery team. So seeking to resolve my issue of my Sky hub not being issued, I just have to wait. Open reach transferred my broadband connection but having no hub to connect it is recorded as having an issue. Nobody appears to be able to resolve an issue, just pass you on.
