Sky Hub

Hi over the past week my sky hub will just reset itself and then takes approx 3 minutes to power up again. I have carried out the service checker and every time it states that all is good. Any thoughts

@Stu98765 assuming it is not just  a lose mains cable then if the hub is rebooting on its own it is faulty and needs replacing. Call Sky after checking the mains issue and report it and in all probability they will send you a replacement to swap out.
