Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Stu98765 assuming it is not just a lose mains cable then if the hub is rebooting on its own it is faulty and needs replacing. Call Sky after checking the mains issue and report it and in all probability they will send you a replacement to swap out.
