Sky Hub Update

Hi all received an email from Sky re security issue and things coming to an end re updates but every time I click on the link I get a message saying technical issues try later or ring Sky?! Anyone else had the same issues or how I can order the new hub pease? Many thanks H

The link worked fine for me so try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:

If this doesn't help then all you can do is to call Sky to get the ordered for you.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Hi Caesarome sorry for the delay in my reply many thanks for your kind advice all sorted now! I have a question Caesarome I have Sky Q and a Samsung TV and a Majority DVD player but cannot find how I get it to play all I get is a black screen with MAJORITY on? I find it hard to not mix up the Samsung TV menus and the Sky Q! I used to just get a drop down list and then choose the one the DVD was on and then play then when finished go to the list again and revert back to the other HDMI port to watch Sky. Its all over the place! Any clear pathway to leave Sky and action my DVD player please? Oh I have the HDMI cable into the TV and the back of the player but when I press the button for the the source I can only see icons? Many thanks. Take care. H🙄
