Help with Broadband Activation and Account Access

Dear Sky Customer Support,

 

I recently ordered a broadband service from Sky, which I received a few days ago. However, I am unsure how to activate it. Additionally, I am unable to log in to the correct account that I used to place the order.

 

Could you please assist me in activating my broadband and help me regain access to my proper account?

@Fahimeh You are not contacting Sky customer support here, the forum is customer to customer support.

Activation of your broadband service is carried out by Openreach and you should have received an activation date when you placed your order, if you didn't then you will need to call Sky to ask when that is, you will also have to call Sky if you cannot access the accoutn used when signing up.
