Potential Broadband issue

Looking for a bit of advice from the really helpful community experts on my broadband connection.  Previously, I've had sky BB issues so had set up some BQM quality monitoring  which I keep an eye on.  From about a week ago, there has been a dramatic change and our internet usage hasn't changed, we haven't changed or added anything.

This was a typical snapshot of a day prior to the recent spike....

Its now changed to pretty much consistently this, the drop packets are a concern, previously, we saw very little of this, is this cause for concern.

Re: Potential Broadband issue

Actually completely ignore all the above, if I knew how to remove the post I would.

Just in case anyone else has a similar concern, I had set up the BQM some time ago using the IPV4 address at the time.  My IPV4 address had changed and the statistics I was looking at were not a reflection of my BB performance.  I set up a new BQM with my current IPV4 address and my BB performance returned to what I would expect.
