Sky Full Fibre 900

A week ago I upgraded to full fibre 900 since the installation I believe the service is worse (much worse). When Sky tests the speed to the hub (early in the morning) it is registering +600 mbps, in the evenings however it's around 400. Testing the wifi speed on my mobile varies from 10 mbps upwards although it's my PlayStation speeds that concern me, it is connected from the router via a 10 metre cat7 cable directly into the PS5 , the internal speed tests vary wildly but the packet loss I now suffer is approximately 14% with latency around 30ms making it awful to play, this is normally between 1800-2100 in the evenings. It was bad Sunday evening which I put down to my wife using FaceTime but tonight it was probably worse and other than the usual WiFi connected devices nobody else was using the internet. I have Sky Q with an additional mini box and the original black router.
I've tried rebooting the router several times, switching the ports the cables are plugged into to no avail. Unfortunately, I need some assistance before I ask them to remove it.

Hi @Wayne+Chu

400mbps on a 900mbps via a line test suggests there is probably an issue as most full fibre lines achieve the max speed.

Just as a test, have you tried disconnecting everything except for one wired device to see if the speeds are still low & packet loss still high?

Re: Sky Full Fibre 900

I spoke to Sky yesterday, they sent me the Max router and so far everything is working as it expected. They guy said the hub was toast.
