Replacement Sky Max Hub Issues

I have received a replacement SKY Max Hub. I can set up no problem, however,  the new Hub id doesnt show up as availableI in WIFI settings on any device and my devices are still connected to the old hub id. Any ideas. I have tried calling Sky but cant get through to anyone?

How long has it been since you changed it over? Sometimes it can take 24-48hrs for Sky's systems to update

I have reinstated the old hub for the time being and will try again tomorrow.  I have just completed a chat with Sky and they said to ignore the new hub id and continue to use my exiting hub id.  Apparently is because its a straight swap as opposed to a broken hub.  We shall see when I try again tomorrow, but I will hang onto the old hub for a while, just to be sure.  Thank for your reply!
