Sky Broadband needs to sort themselves out

Hello

 

We have been very loyal to Sky Broadband like a lot of other people have done too.  However, having so many issues with Sky Broadband at the moment.  We have our house hardcabled with ethernet cables, however obviously for some devices still rely on the wifi signal (tablets, phones etc.).  Lately the connection has been really poor, keeps dropping (especially today).  We do have thick walls in our house but should that mean we should have poor internet?  We even have a Sky Booster in the house.

 

Also, when I use my PS4 for online gaming it is constantly freezing in gameplay and this again is a hardwired connection.

 

Please Sky sort yourself out!
