What appalling customer service that in 2025 when you're responsible for everyone's communication you shut at 11pm. I phoned Sky at 10.57 and the message said they were shut at 11pm. Obviously not!!!
The amount of times it's gone down in the last few weeks sky better compensate more than just 2gb data on my phone this time is ridiculous I pay for 150gb speeds and I expect to be able to use the service o pay for
Also, when I ran a test on My Sky, it tested my old address at which I NEVER HAD A SKY CONTRACT!! All my billing is to my current address! What is going on Sky???
Same here, connection dropped at around 10.20pm. originally service checker said it was issue with my router but now the service checker broadband testing service is saying 'unavailable' so I don't think it's an internal issue my end! 🤔
5.22 a.m. and everyone is still without Internet. What is going on, Sky? Its ridiculous that diagnostics show everything is fine! It damn well isn't and hasn't been since 10.15 p.m.! I trust all affected Sky customers will be receiving a huge refund?! And an apology! Trading standards might be getting a lot of phone calls!!
Still down since 10.20pm last night, need to start work this morning, wouldn't be so bad but nobody to contact at sky, absolute disgrace, going to get rid of sky after this, business broadband and sky's own system service checker was saying all is okay.
