When trying to change my broadband shield settings (turn off safe search) I'm being met with an error message "We're sorry - there's been a problem).
is there a way to stop this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Fgibson808 check you are signing in with the Sky id linked to the account. If yout using the My Sky app try the My Sky website or vice versa they both have off days if really stuck give Sky a call.
