Broadband Shield does not work in Windows 11
Hi,
I have just installed the windows 11 and notice that sky broadbank shield does not work and I can see all the sites which have been blocked .
Can anyone help me how to make it work?

@TechyFriend check Broadband Shield settings by signing into My Sky with the acoount holder Sky id. The shield is a filter within Sky's DNS servers so if you have set different DNS settings in your Windows 11 set up the filter is bypassed. Using a VPN will do the samething.

@Chrisee I appriciate your reply to my question.
I have checked setting in the My Sky but I could not find any information regarding the DNS and when I installed Windows11, I did not setup any dns that can stop work to broadband shield.
In fact, I have no idea where to go to check the dns in the windows 11. Your guidance will be very appriciated.

@TechyFriend in the Network settings chose the Sky connection and check the settings for DNS are either set to Automatic or to 192.168.0.1 which is the IP address of your hub.
