We have been having same issue as everyone here... I'm notnsaying this is the fix but this worked for us.
It says the broadband shield is deactivated. We activated and saved. Then deactivated and saved. Waited about 1 hour and everything was working again.
This is the link to get to the shield, that blocks the the Web pages and acts like a sort of parental lock.

Yesterday evening I gave up and rebooted the Sky router which fixed it for me. Has been okay this most of today as well, but I noticed it still took 9 attempts to open Discovery+ this morning before it would display anything.

ISPs are, perhaps not surprisingly, traditionally reluctant to make that kind of thing public, and they are under no obligation to do so.
