I require a Microfilter as my landline is not working

Help - I discovered my landline isn't working (not sure how long). I have been going through the SKY forums I think I need a microfilter. I need to speak to SKY to get one sent (why they aren't sent with the hub I don't know). 
any suggestions as the app won't connect me and the contact number won't connect!

@SM1980  Be quicker to buy one online or froma decent electrical store.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Because many tens of millions have been distributed since broadband became a thing, and they are now a significant form of e-waste.
