Sky Broadband Issue WIFI MAX
I recently subscribed to the Sky Fibre Broadband 500Mbps Guaranteed Speed plan (WiFi Max), but I am not receiving the promised speed. I have also been unable to reach the customer care team, as I am always directed to the virtual chat, and my calls never connect to a real advisor. This is very frustrating, as I chose Sky primarily for its reliability and customer service. I kindly request that you resolve my broadband speed issue as soon as possible

Incidentally l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer led discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
