Since one month I get disterbaence of broadband service is very poor I don't know how to get in touc

Very very poor broadband since 1 month I'm getting disturbance and I couldn't understand how many times I have to send them the messages.

@Broadband+renewal Sky do not use email or message apps for support you either have to call them or use the online chat ststem when that is availzble.
