Sky hub

My internet became activated on Thursday 28th march but I still haven't received my hub yet. When looking on my account it just says awaiting dispatch. 
Any idea when this may arrive?

As customers we can't say so you might want to give Sky a call about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
