Since changing to the white box the signal in house is awful

I'm not sure what has happened but I'm supposed to be on the same speed as I've just redone contract and chose the white box for extra 4.00 per month, signal is terrible even our mobiles keep saying no Internet

Is the new router in the same place as the old one?

In the same place and I have my own extender in bedroom

Sky have increased my speed and sending me an extender so hopefully will sort it out thanks for replying

Did they charge you extra for increasing the speed and sending the extender? Only I'm having the same problems and they want to charge me extra for putting me on higher speeds and £4 extra a month to have boosters.
