Broadband not working g

Internet button flashing orange on the hub. Did the same yesterday for a few hours and sorted itself out. No connections have been tampered with. However by replaced a pole outside my house last week which meant I was without connection for a while. This issue has come about since then

Its possible Openreach have messed up a connection if its started happening since they were up the pole near your home. Have you ran the line test on the My Sky app?
