Re: Signal on devices
@DavidSterritt the wifi signal indicators on devices are not very accurate but it would seem that the WiFi signal in your home is poor. This isnt something Sky directly guarantee as the signal level depends on the layout and type of construction of your home. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot give strong coverage in every room .However as a first step check thst your hub is in the best position possible which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators.
Having done that and signal levels are still poor either consider buying Sky's WiFi Max add-on which can give upmto 3 extenders if required or buy your own WiFi equipment.
Threatening to leave is pointless firstly if you are in the contract period you will be charged early exit charges and secondly even if you are not Sky dont start running around in panic it makes zero difference to the solutions offered.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
