Cannot access sky hub . No log in details. No password.

I need to change my sky hub to give out only 2.4ghz. as currently gives out 5, which my devices do not like and won't run. I cannot access controls, admin and sky, do not work. I need to know how to access the control area.

@Ab711 first point your hub by default outputs a dual band WiFi signal using both thec2.4GHz band and the 5GHz band. However some devices havecwifi chips that wont connect to the dualband signal if you have some of those then you need to split the bands as diszbling the 5GHz will slow faster devices.
