Signal keeps dropping

We were sent a booster because our internet is so poor which works in that part of the property but in our lounge /kitchen amd bedroom it is still really poor signal just keep dropping we are struggling to do some work because of it

After 4 years of no problems... ours now does this

We literally only joined sky 4 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems ! We have the highest package but still problems . We even had to get a landline because we can't make or receive any calls on our mobiles due to signal being so poor which is so frustrating as we shouldn't need one 

if the signal was good enough we would use our mobiles for everything as we always have done but no longer can we do this . We are now wondering if when moving we changed from BT to sky was a big mistake
