Setting up fibre

I have a netomnia optical box in my house which is for fibre and I was previously with you fibre but moving to sky and it won't connect do I need an open reach optical box instead of netomnia

Putting in an Openreach optical cable and ONT will be part of the provisioning process: Sky cannot provide service over Netomnia or YouFibre infrastructure.
