Assuming thst doesnt sort the problem check if other devices lijeca mobile phone have issues when in the same location as the tablet. It is also worth downloading a free app from tge Google Store called WiFi analyzer as that will show you all wifi networks the tablet can see with the channel and signal strength. A neighbour's network on the same or adjacent channel will, cause interference so slowing downloads as data packets go missing. Rebooting the Sky hub msy stop that on the black Skybhubs you can choose to useca better channel avoiding inteference see Change your Sky WiFi channel
Do also consider thst the site you are connecting to maybe having a bad day.thst happens.
