Iddles

My WiFi has been going off and on all day my app says there is nothing. Wrong I've tried turning the router off and on a few times but it still keeps doing it anyway advice

@Kirstyidd If this continues you can call Sky to see they say as they have data reported by the hub. When using the test in My Sky always click to run it again as otherwise it just displays the result from the last routine test but if you have an intermittent fault knocking out the connection the test will only see that if run when the fault is present. 

Your line is monitored by automatic DLM system thst counts faults like line drops in each 24 hours if they  go above a programmed number it resets the line overnight typicall slowing down the connection speed to help stabilise the line. Due to this Openreach often wont send out an engineer until that system cannot stabilise the line above its minmum speed.
