In the last hour or so i turned on my sky Q to see it wasnt connected to the internet (Ethernet cable) despite 4 green lights, then noticed my phone was on 5G.
Rebooted the router and ONT and was able to reconnect but the devices seen to connect for 15-30 seconds, drop the connection, reconnect for 30 seconds and repeat this cycle.
I have turned both off for 20 minutes and rebooted devices and still get the same issues, brosdband tests find no issues.
Hoping someone else who has maybe experienced this can shed some light.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DSkyUser if this continues talk to Sky but it is worth checking a few things yourself. Firstly is there anything that uses wireless communication close to the hub especially have you just got something new as interferencecwould give you those symptoms while it could be interference from yor neighbour's networks that sounds less likely from your description.
in geberal check there is nothing like DECT cordless phones, wireless speakerscetc close to the hub and thst the hub is out in the open on a surface above things that block wifi like radiators. As your Q box is affected Sky can send out an engineer who carries equipmentvto check the WiFi network.
