I paid for an upgrade a week ago, still no new router (was promised delivery within 48 hours , 7 days later still no router!) Customer service email contacts are a joke, no response to my communications , really poor service Sky! Thanks Helen

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Trixie22 If there is nothing in track orders in my account you might want to give Sky a call on your landline by dialing 150 and listen through the voice prompts.
