Hub overheating

My sky broadband hub has overheated i dont know how its on a clear small table, since its happened once everyday now its boiling to touch, ive switched it off for a few hours yet still overheats

@Kellipher  If it is too hot touch or hold then contact Sky and ask them for a replacement. Just dial 150 on your landline.
