Without further information it is hard to help or try and solve the issue you have, is it wireless to mobiles etc... that you are having issues with? And have you tried repositioning the wireless router for better performance and splitting the 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz wireless bands to see if it reduces or eliminates the interference that you may be experiencing in your neighbourhood?

Can you post the router stats and the recent activity support log to the forum, so we can see whether we can add any additional useful information to finding the fault? There are instructions for finding the router stats at the top of this section of the forum and posting them. The support log is under the Support tab where the router stats are in the router interface at HTTP://192.168.0.1

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Djs123 your line is faulty which is indicated by the noise margin of 11dB - normally they should be 6dB or lower. Given your speed appears to be limited to 55Mb/s it would seem Openreach should be aware of the fault.
Quickest way to get this fixed is to run the connection test in the My Sky app which usually will offer to book an engineer if it doesnt call Sky by dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line (assuming you have a landline phone) which may well be noisy which oddly is easier to get fixed than broadband issues. The call to 150 is free.
Note Sky have no direct control over your line like all isps they have to get Openreach who owns the kit to fix it so getting cross with Sky is pointless as any ISP would havecthe same issue.

Thank you Chrisee,
I have booked an engineer and will provide them with notes.
Hopefully it might get sorted this time, as this will be the 3rd engineer Sky have sent.
They are due on Friday, I'll let you know they fix the issue.
Kind regards,
Dan
