SIPL ALG

Anyone have any luck disabling SIP ALG? Or know a way to remove yourself. This is preventing me from working.

If you have a business VoIP phone and a white Max Hub, the issue is likely to be related to Map-T rather than SIP ALG.

Re: SIPL ALG

We use Micro SIP but the guy at sky had no idea when I asked them to disable SIP ALG. I cannot make or receive calls via work due to this.

If you have a white Max Hub, Sky requests you fill in the form linked from the pinned post at the top of this forum: it specifically refers to business VPNs but the same resolution appears to apply to business SIP phones (removal of Map-T IPv4 address sharing from the circuit)

The link is in this post

Some of the sections won't apply to a SIP phone issue: I've suggested that Sky modifies it, as this problem is occurring more frequently.
