Currently operating Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1 in 4 bedroom, detached house. Download speeds are running 40 and 75Mb/s with an average of 55.1Mb/s. Everything is SLOW.
What speeds should I be expecting?
How can I get help from SKY? There doesn't seem to be an option to 'talk it through'
Thanks BryanR

Firstly, are those speeds at the Hub, over ethernet cable, or using WiFi?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUltrafast one is an upto 150mbps service. When using an ethernet cable you should reasonably expect around 130-140mbps. When using WiFi this can vary drastically depending on your distance from the hub, number of connected devices and your surrounding area (if its busy for WiFi or not). Between 40 & 75mbps is pretty reasonable over WiFi and certainly not considered a fault. Sky only name 3mbps as their 'gurantee' when you have the broadband boost addon.

They are WiFi and measured using SpeedTest

In that case you're 'testing' the WiFi between the Hub and the client device, not the broadband arriving at the Hub.
Far enough away from a router (or on the wrong side of a few walls) and all WiFi is a whole 0Mbs.

Can you please run a test via ethernet
