Router went off
Sky for the last few weeks has intermittently lost sound. Today my router just switched off and won't turn back on. Any ideas? Only had it a couple of months

Is this a Sky Q box, or Sky Glass TV ?

If this dropping of sound is on live channels on Q then no amount of new hubs is going to change that as live channels come through the dish. I'd also be beyond doubtful that the hub could cause an issue with just sound and not the video. Wait for the new hub to sort out your broadband and then see how your Q box is going on, meanwhile perhaps unplug the HDMI cable and reseat it.

Re: Router went off
They're sending me a new router, so I'll see how it goes. I can't imagine it's related to the sound it's just a coincidence it's been happening not long before the router went wrong. Thank you 🙏
