@IanPontymason nothing indicating a fault on the hub from thise stats. Your line is quite long and seems to be quite noisy but unless the minimum guarantee speed for your line is higher than 63Mb/s Openreach are unlikely to accept a fault for speed.
The hub restarted 43 minutes before you took those stats if it is restarting spontaenously it could be faulty.
