This site can’t be reached
- Some websites such as quidco and google search page no issue, most sites including mysky and bbc get the message 'this site can't be reached'. Any clues or ideas for a solution.

Re: This site can’t be reached
@IanPontymason if the issue is on all devices it could be a fault with Sky's DNS system thst loooks up IP, addresses. You can often clear that by powering down the hub for half an hour or usingbthe dicconnection option in the maintenancexsection of the hub's web interface.
Alternstively tou can change your device's network settings to add a public DNS service like Googles on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8..4.4. Sky do fix these faults but it takes a while as the units are scattered around the country.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
