Hi there,
I've been having issues with my sonos speakers and they've told me the problem is they are running on 2 networks.
I need to go into my router setting.
Please can someone explain how I would do this please.
Once in I then know how to sort the issue.
Regards

Hi, this is usually caused by the 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks having the same name. Some older devices don't support this.
If you login to your your router and look at the WiFi settings, there is an option to say sync settings across 2.4 and 5. If you uncheck that and change the name of one of the networks.
Connect the sonos to the 2.4 network and it should work.
Use the 5ghz one for everything else that supports it!

If you go to this link in your browser...
Then go to the WiFi settings, you will need time username and password from the back of your router though!!
