WhatsApp not connecting to WiFi

Hello, 

 

Over the last few months, my WhatsApp will not connect to WiFi. Therefore I'm not receiving messages etc when connected to WiFi. I have switched off the router, reinstalled the app and still having no luck.

 

Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

Have you tried disabling Sky Shield in your Sky account settings?
