Router settings page

Hi I need to access my router settings page to check my ALG settings.

 

I have a VOIP phone and i need to connect it to my SKY router.

@Tesha1 If you have the older sky black SR203 then use a web page browser with 192.168.0.1 to get to the Hub!

Hi,

I have connected to the Router through the browser, however it is asking for a username and password. I have put the WIFI credentials, it does not work. I am trying to connect my VOIP phone to the router and i wanted to check if the ALG setting is correct. 

Although i have connected it through the ethernet cable, i cannot see it in my list of devices connected.  

I hope i can resolve this.

@Tesha1 The link shows what to put for the connection username and password!

 

You may also require the assistance off the VOIP service provider for connecting a VOIP phone system to a sky Hub!

Yes i have put the username and password as suggested on the link but unfortunately it doesnt work!

 

For the VOIP the provider has already done the necessary set up but somehow the full configuration is not happening hence the reason they have asked me to check the router settings with SKY.

@Tesha1 What hub do you have and what did you put for the username!

Ok it worked. they recently changed my hub. i was putting the wrong password.

for the 3rd party VOIP phone, should the ALG setting be enabled or disabled? I am confused.
