Internet suddenly stopped

I've followed the diagnostics via MySky app and have reconnected the grey cord at both the phone socket and the hub and have also restarted the router twice. There are no reported Internet problems in my area.

Unfortunately that message in the app or on the website is rather misleading as it absolutely doesn't rule out an individual circuit failure (which is always the most likely explanation)
