Board band

My board and has gone off and won't go back on and I have a glass tv and so that all gone off as well and I have got a disabled daugther

If you haven’t done it yet use this link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby.

This should determine if there's an identified fault, perhaps affecting multiple households. (Remember it doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem instantly and it takes a little while to update).

If there aren't any then try running the line test here

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to contact Sky to report it. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support. Also there'll be no quicker response based on your daughter extra needs I'm afraid.

How long Duse it take for internet out back on

Can you tell me please I have payed my bill and I haven't got no internet I have a disabled daugther here who can't go on her iPad or use the tv as sky can't out my internet back on they are qwick enough to cut me off and then take me money but not quick enough to put it back on

@Hanna6  You also setup a new continuous payment method as this also needs to be done 

 

also if you're more than two weeks late in paying then sky will be asking for next months payment as well before lifting restrictions 

 

 

if the above has been done you just need to wait until the payment has cleared if you only made payment today it may not clear until Monday at the earliest

@Hanna6 The turn on is up to five day's or quicker but with other potential problems, will find an accounts link and attach!

No need for two threads.

 

You posted earlier your broadband wasn't working. No mention of it being restricted. So is it restricted due to you not paying your bill on time?
