Router restarts

Hey. I've got an issue with my router. Using it fine all day and then it will just restart. Seems to do it once a day. Doesn't feel hot, so it's not that. The online tests say everything is fine. Anyone at Sky able to help here?

@Kevin_C  Do all of the lights on the router all go out and only leave the power light on. Does this happen at a certain time of the day?

Not at a specific time, it's pretty random.

 

And yes all the lights go out like it's rebooting.

@Kevin_C  Have you had the router for sometime or is it brand new? Which router do you have from the link below.

I have the Sky Broadband Hub.

Had it for a year.

Id like to do this.

 

But trying to get hold of anyone is proving to be a pain.

 

The page asks me to test the connection, then test WiFi, then if I still have an issue I get directed to this forum.

 

The chatbot is useless too.

@Kevin_C  Just dial 150 on your landline and ignore the questions and you should be put through to a person at the call centre.
