Find out more@Poppy1973 assuming there isn't an issue with the connection of the hub to mains power if your hub is resatrting on its own it implies that the unit maybe faulty. When the hub reboots the leds go out and return over a period of 5 minutes. If it is a line issue only the internet connection light is affected.
Monitor the hub but if either issue continues give Sky a call to get it sorted.
