My contract is active from today, but i still haven't received the rooter. On the tracking number provided keeps saying that they are awaiting for the parcel to arrive with them before updating the status. It shows as dispatched on Monday

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Krokop thst is the way Royal Mail tracking works it only updates after the postman delivers packet. If you have not received the hub in todays post give Sky a call to get a second hub sent out by DPD
