Internet still down after resetting

My WiFi went off at around 1:15am. I reset the router but the internet light won't come on

That time would be prime for openreach and sky to carry out maintenance to avoid impacting the same number of users they would if they did it between 9-5.

What area are you in?

Whatever happened the earliest you could report would be 08:00 so drop us a post if you're not up then

Mine is also down, I've also tried to reset router and still won't come back on, I've powered down and restarted also. Still won't come back on

@Keiran if your service is down this morning there is a fault you need to report if its back up it was overnight maintenance which is a pain but is unavoidable.
