Slow or no connection to WiFi. Emails will not open on devices so have to disconnect and use data. Already paying for boost

Find out more@Tracy271 check the settings for Sky's Broadband Shield as thst msy have been reset if you changed packages to age 13 which can block some content. Log in using the account holders Sky id to the My Sky app go to product options and you will find the settings there.
There are other possible causes but hopefullybthst helps.
