Engineer came today and got a text from sky saying problem outside my house bad been fixed but my router is still not connecting to Internet. Router has no light for Internet and amber light for voice.

Find out more@Sineadeerrrrrg you need to report the continuing fault to Sky so to help you do that I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
