Router not arrived

My go live date is today

 

i still have not received my router and it says still to dispatch on the app

 

i am meant to be working from home. How do I get my router?

The activation will still go ahead so give Sky a call if it has not been dispatched.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

Same here. Live today 10th April it's already switched on and EE disconnected but no router. I called Sky yesterday and the person has no access to the tracking information or when this may be resolved. Only information they could give is that they were escalating to the relevant team and they were aware of some issues. I asked them to delay the go live until i get the equipment but they said it was too late to stop it. No help to me. I work from home have kids home from school this week for Easter holidays and now face long office commute until this is fixed and need to arrange childcare. I am really regretting the switch to Sky. Very poor service that I've not had from all the other providers I've been with over the years. Look back on old posts. Seems this is a common theme with Sky.

Yes I also spoke to them

 

Said they were escalating it but could take a long time

 

I also regret. Is there any way of cancelling it and I'll go back to EE?

We've now been informed via a closed forum that the router dispatch problem has been resolved.
