Router not arrived
My go live date is today
i still have not received my router and it says still to dispatch on the app
i am meant to be working from home. How do I get my router?

The activation will still go ahead so give Sky a call if it has not been dispatched.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

Yes I also spoke to them
Said they were escalating it but could take a long time
I also regret. Is there any way of cancelling it and I'll go back to EE?

I am having the same problem gone live today but router still awaiting dispatch. Shocking really

We've now been informed via a closed forum that the router dispatch problem has been resolved.
